Rupenex does not provide lending services, make credit decisions, distribute funds, or manage repayments. All lending activities are independently performed by our regulated partner ZHARUKA FISCAL SERVICES PVT LTD, an NBFC registered in India. Our role is limited to providing technology that helps both users and licensed lending institutions complete the loan application flow efficiently and securely.
2. Information We Collect
To enable the functions offered within the App and to support our lending partner in meeting compliance requirements, the following types of information may be collected:

You may choose to submit the following data when applying for a loan:
· Full name, mobile number, and contact information
· Government-issued identification (e.g., PAN)
· Employment details, income information, and financial background (if applicable)
All such information is collected only when you voluntarily provide it and solely for fulfilling legitimate service needs.
2.2 Automatically Collected Technical Information
When using the App, technical information may be collected for authentication, security enhancement, and fraud prevention, including:

· Device identifiers (e.g., Android ID)

3. Permissions and Device Access
To deliver certain core features, Rupenex may request access to limited device functions. Only permissions essential for the App’s operation are used.
• Camera Access
Used exclusively to capture photos required for identity verification (e.g., ID images or facial confirmation). The App does not record video or collect any unrelated visual content.
• Location (Approximate)
If approved by you, approximate location data may be used to:

• Device Information
Basic device identifiers and system attributes help prevent account spoofing and ensure safe operation.
No sensitive permissions such as SMS access, Call Logs, Contact List, or installed apps are requested or collected.

Information is transmitted securely to ZHARUKA FISCAL SERVICES PVT LTD to support loan processing, verification, and compliance obligations.
5.2 With Authorized Technical Providers
Certain technical partners may process data to support analytics, system optimization, or infrastructure services. All partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and follow data-protection requirements.
5.3 For Security and Risk Management
Information may be shared to:

7. WebView-Based Features
Some service pages within the App may load inside a secure WebView environment, especially those hosted by our NBFC partner. If you input information on a partner’s webpage, it is transmitted directly to that institution.
Rupenex implements WebView security measures to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage. Please ensure you are interacting with trusted pages before submitting any details.

All information is stored on protected servers operated by GRAMIN SHIKSHA PRIVATE LIMITED and is used only to support the credit-assessment process conducted by our lending partner.
When your information is no longer needed, or when you request deletion, it is securely removed in accordance with legal retention requirements.

Open the App → Me → Delete Account → confirm.
